Krystina first discovered yoga in 2008, where she fell in love with spiritual philosophy and became a devoted student. She has since taken a multitude of different trainings to continue growing her wealth of knowledge while sourcing inspiration everyday from nature, her beloved teachers, vinyl records, and the simple pleasures in life. Her classes are known to be creative, grounding and soulful, while keeping you challenged and on your toes! You will end each class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
