In this 30 minute class we lengthen the spine as we move through various heart opening backbends. Expect camel, bow, and drop backs for more advanced practitioners.
We will begin to dive deeper into the layers of the body. Using the breath, minimal movements and transitions, with longer holds to invite us to explore the richness of our inner world.
Expect to sweat in this 30 minute core-focused class. Flowing through various drills on our way to our peak pose, Pincha Mayurasana.
This class is a blend of yoga with some high interval training moves incorporated into the flow. Prepare to sweat and strengthen your core and body from the outside in and inside out.
